The Practice Hub app is available to all our Practice Members, providing a seamless way to view and manage appointments. Below, we’ve outlined step-by-step instructions to help you get started.
How to Set Up the Practice Hub App
With the Practice Hub app, you can:
- View your appointments
- Reschedule as needed
- Add them to your digital calendar
Step 1: Download the App
Look for the following icon in the App Store or Google Play Store.
For Android Users
- Scan the QR code below to download the app.
For iPhone Users
- Scan the QR code below to download the app.
Step 2: Link the App to Carlin Chiropractic
- Open the Practice Hub app.
- Enter our unique access code: VWZEDDEP
- Click Next.
Step 3: Create an Account
- Use the email address linked to your patient file.
- Create a secure password and confirm it.
- Click Sign Up.
Step 4: Verify Your Email
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification email.
- If you use a BigPond email, contact us to manually verify your account.
- Sign in to the Practice Hub app.
Your account is now ready to go! If you encounter any challenges, we’re here to assist.

We extend our gratitude to the Town of Claremont for inviting us to the recent Artisan Markets at Claremont Oval. Our team enjoyed offering free spine checks, and we had a blast watching Fuchsia the Hula Hoop Artist demonstrate how to activate the spine with fun hoop exercises!

Dr. Sean Joins Full Time
We are delighted to announce that Dr. Sean has now joined us in a full-time capacity! With extensive experience and a diverse skill set across multiple chiropractic techniques, he will be a valuable addition to our team.
Starting at the end of March, Dr. Sean will be taking over Dr. Simon’s Friday morning service.
