- and men’s emotional wellbeing
Men’s Wellbeing and the November Foundation
The Movember Foundation is the leading charity changing the face of men’s wellbeing and health. In 15 years they’ve funded more than 1,200 men’s health projects around the world and by 2030 they will reduce the number of men dying prematurely by 25%!
Our Men’s Wellbeing Forum: Being a King
We are hosting our Being a King event on Tuesday, 27th of November at The Grove Community Centre from 6:00 – 7:30 PM.
Dr. Carlin will be introducing keynote speakers whom will be sharing with the community how they are “Being a King” in today’s society and what we can do to support men’s wellbeing and health.
The evening will operate in a forum style environment with interactive questions from the participants. Whilst the evening is focused on men’s health issues we welcome women to the event, particularly if they are supporting a “King”.
We will be accompanied by:
- Doug Spear, master agility and corporate coach
- Dean Dyer, a men’s health and well being expert
- Dr. Darryl Menaglio, clinical psychologist specialising in men’s matters and emotional well being
- and John Poulsen, prominent Perth lawyer and Masterchef
A $5 entry fee will be donated to the Movember Foundation and we will be serving tea and coffee beforehand.
